1. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank Wire Transfer (Requires a valid business bank account)
  • Banker’s Cheque (For approved local customers only)
  • Western Union
  • MoneyGram
  • Xoom
  • Remitly
  • Other hassle-free payment services

2. Currency

All prices are quoted in USD (United States Dollars) unless a different currency is explicitly mentioned.

3. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Our minimum order quantity is 100 pieces per design and color. We do not process single-piece orders.

4. Pricing and Quotes

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Quotes provided to customers will remain valid for 30 days.

5. Sample and Design Approval

  • A sample will be created for your review and approval before production begins.
  • Production will commence only after receiving your approval of the sample.
  • A non-refundable advance payment is required for all samples.

6. Payment Schedule

  • A 50% deposit of the total order value is required before production starts.
  • The remaining 50% must be paid upon order completion and before shipment.
  • Alternative payment terms may be considered for established customers with proven payment history.

7. Payment Due Date

  • Deposit payments are due within 15 days of the deposit invoice.
  • Balance payments are due within 15 days of the final invoice.

8. Late Payment

  • Delayed payments may impact the production and delivery schedules of future orders.
  • Timely payments are crucial for smooth processing and delivery of your orders.

9. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled without penalty within three days of placing the order.
  • Cancellations after the production process begins may incur additional charges.

10. Delivery and Shipping

  • Shipping costs will be calculated and added to the final invoice.
  • We ensure secure and reliable delivery of your products.
  • If you have specific shipping preferences or requirements, please inform us, and we will do our best to accommodate them.

11. Taxes and Duties

  • Prices quoted do not include taxes and duties unless otherwise specified.
  • Customers are responsible for any local taxes, customs duties, or other charges related to purchasing and importing our products.
  • Please consult your local tax authorities or customs agency for applicable charges.

12. Credit Terms

  • We do not offer credit terms.
  • Full payment is required as per the payment schedule before production begins and before shipment.

13. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products.
  • Refunds or replacements will be provided in accordance with our Return Policy.
